Refund Policy
Online Courses: You have 7 calendar days to request a refund from the date of purchase for any online course. To be eligible for a refund, your course must not have been fully completed or accessed beyond introductory materials. After the 7-day period, no refunds will be granted.
Once you have earned a course certificate with your payment, you are not eligible for a refund even if the refund request is within 7 days.
If you do not earn your course certificate within 365 days, your registration will expire and you will need to pay to re-enroll for the course.
Subscription Memberships: For monthly subscriptions, no refunds are provided once the subscription period has commenced. For annual subscriptions, refunds may be requested within the first 30 days of the initial purchase. If you cancel an annual subscription after the first 30 days, we will prorate your refund based on the number of full months remaining in your subscription term.
Exclusions: The following goods and services are exempt from refunds:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products

Refund Process: Once your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within seven (7) days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
