To get started, you apply as a mentee and share your goals, background, and areas you want to grow in. From there, PMA facilitates the matching process by pairing you with a mentor based on alignment in experience and objectives.
Once matched, you’ll engage in ongoing conversations, goal-setting, and knowledge-sharing, with periodic check-ins to ensure the relationship remains valuable and productive.
Mentors are part of the broader PMA community and contribute by sharing their expertise, supporting mentees, and helping others grow.
